Hi there! This has been the best Fall ever in Upstate NY! Warm temps, sunny days! Love it! It's been hard to come inside and craft but getting the Club Scrap Scandinavia kit made it so much easier! This collection is so cute with whimsical designs and images from Northern Europe. I found this really cute little mini-album made from 1 sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock and decided to give it a try.
Folded up it measures 2 3/4" square. Aaaahhhh how cute is that!
I chose for mine to flip down but you could also have it open to the left or right. I LOVE that sentiment from the Greeting unmounted rubber stamps with this collection! So Funny!
Then in folds down again. Those felt flowers are so cute and come in white, gray and black.
Then all the side panels fold out. Lots of room in such a tiny little thing!
Then the last panel folds out.
I found this on Pinterest but the pin was in another language and measured in centimeters. I had to do little converting but it worked out great.
Start with a piece of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock. Score the 8 1/2" side at 2 7/8" and 5 3/4".
Score the long side at 2 7/8", 3 1/8", 6", 6 1/4", 9 1/8" and 9 3/8". Trim out the areas like the photo above. Now from here you can cut some of the side flaps shorter or even fold it over and adhere around the edges to create a little pocket. You can see from my finished piece that I cut the top left and bottom right panels a little shorter and rounded the edges to fit the felt flowers. Then just decorate all the panels however you'd like. I decided to fill every page with stamped images and sentiments from the stamps and cut-aparts from this collection. I'm going to give it a friend on her birthday.
Close-up of the top spine - love that image from the Art Nouveau unmounted rubber stamps.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope I've inspired you to make something with this adorable Scandinavia collection!
Have a great Day!
